Head of Media at Jimdo
Hillevi Lausten, Head of Media, is responsible for the international offline and online media strategy of the award-winning website builder Jimdo. Hamburg-based Jimdo is the easiest DIY website builder on the market and has helped create over 20 million websites.
Prior to this, Lausten was on an agency career path in Hamburg and was responsible for international advertising accounts. During her time as a freelancer, she worked for big companies like Burda as well as small start-ups where she was involved in media strategy.
She completed her studies in communication sciences, psychology, and civil law in Münster. Afterwards, she took part in a cultural exchange in Australia during a one-year stay abroad, where she gained experience she now applies to international campaign planning.
